Mike brings over two decades of experience in energy finance, having advised on capital raises, acquisitions, and strategic transactions across the energy value chain. His background spans management consulting, investment banking, private equity, and executive management.
He has deep expertise in structuring transactions, managing relationships, and executing complex deals in dynamic market environments.
